Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original ANI Jewels velvet pouch and branded box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
